I came up blue-collar. I worked with my hands, spent seven years at a moving company, and built and ran my own businesses, including a manufacturing company I owned and later sold. When that chapter ended I went looking for work that actually helped people, and I found it in real estate. A few years in, I've closed around 500 transactions and roughly $140 million in volume, and about 70% of my business now comes from repeat clients and referrals. I'll tell you how it is.

What I do is simple: I run the numbers with you. Whether you're buying your first home, moving up, or building a real estate portfolio, my job is to protect your money and get you the best return on your investment. With buyers I walk the house and flag everything that needs fixing up front, so nothing comes as a surprise after you've signed. With sellers I'll be straight with you on price, because you can't price a home in today's market like you could in 2020. And if you need a contractor, a lender, or a contact to get something done, I've got people.

I'm a listing specialist and an investor's advisor, but at the core I'm just a down-to-earth guy who likes helping regular people build wealth.
